Mushrooms are saprophytic organisms that convert the energy and protein found in compost into high-quality protein. During this transformation process, environmental temperature, humidity, and ventilation conditions directly affect production success. Especially when temperature and humidity values fall outside standard ranges, mushroom growth slows down, disease risk increases, and significant economic losses may occur.
The Datatracer software allows users to define the required temperature and humidity standards for mushroom production. When predefined threshold values are exceeded, the system instantly notifies the producer, helping to prevent productivity losses and disease formation.
